At Sacha Lodge, a 2,000-hectare ecological reserve in the Ecuadorian Amazon, you can experience unforgettable adventures like walking on canopy bridges, climbing a giant kapok tree, flying over the treetops, and swimming in lagoons with caimans and piranhas. Explore the rich biodiversity, including over 600 bird species, with expert guides in a pristine, comfortable environment.
- 5:30 am – 6 am | Early wake up
- 6 am – 6:30 am | Breakfast buffet at «La Balsa» restaurant
- 6:30 am – 7 am | Depart for moming excursion
- 10:30 am – 11:30 am | Retum to the lodge for a snack. You can visit our Butterfly House, get refreshed at our Lake Pool or go Piranha catch & release fishing.
- 1 pm – 2 pm | Lunch buffet at our lakeside «La Balsa» restaurant
- 2 pm – 3:30 pm | During your free time, visit our Butterfly House, get refresned at our Lake Pool or go for Piranha catch & release fishing
- 3:30 pm – 4 pm | Depart for the afternoon excursion
- 6 – 6:30 pm | Return to the lodge and plan your next day tours with your guide at «Oropendola» Bar.
- 7 – 8:30 pm | A la carte gourmet dinner
- 8:15 pm – 8:30 pm | Depart for the night excursion

- There are no pre-established excursion itineraries. You are free to create your own program with your guide, chosen from our list of activities, once you arrive at Sacha Lodge.

- The length of certain activities may change depending on each group’s interests, energy or fitness level.

Activities are subject to weather, though Forest Walks, the Kapok Tower, and Canopy Walk are the keystones of the Sacha Lodge experience.
